Trade value board
Who to buy and sell in a 10-team ESPN head-to-head points league. Each player's value is projected fantasy points per game above a free-agent replacement, times the games he's expected to play, with fantasy-playoff games counted twice. Market is the value his ESPN draft position implies. The gap is the edge.

How this was built
- Replacement level is the average per-game score of the players ranked just past the last rostered spot (10 teams × 16 spots). In a real league the script uses the best free agents actually available.
- Expected games scale each team's remaining schedule by the share of games ESPN projects the player to play. Injured players depend heavily on that projection, so check the news first.
- Playoff games count NBA games in the last four Monday–Sunday weeks of the regular season, when a 4-team bracket with 2-week rounds is played. Few managers price this in.
- Market maps a player's ADP to the value of the player ranked at that spot, so value and market are on the same scale. ADP goes stale once the season starts.
- Not modeled: lineup crunch on heavy game nights, and changes in role. Source code: GitHub repo.
